The Glockenklang Acoustic 8-2 is the logical evolution of the legendary Acoustic 8-1. As the first model in the new generation, it combines Glockenklang’s proverbial neutrality with enhanced technical performance and a brand-new design language. It is the precision instrument for musicians who value uncompromising sound fidelity and a robust build.
Next-generation tweeter system
Thanks to the newly implemented high-end tweeter, the frequency range has been
significantly extended. With a response extending up to 23 kHz, the Acoustic 8-2 delivers a silky, airy sound and a depth of detail that brings even the finest overtones and string sounds to life.
Solid construction & low resonance
Weighing 12.9 kg and featuring a cabinet made from high-quality multiplex,
the speaker is designed for maximum rigidity. This guarantees completely
resonance-free sound reproduction, ensuring the necessary
precision, particularly in the low-frequency range (from 42 Hz).
The new design language
The Acoustic 8-2 introduces the new hexagonal honeycomb grille. This design
sets the standard for the future appearance of all Glockenklang loudspeakers. It offers
maximum mechanical stability combined with optimum airflow for an uncoloured
sound.

The GLOCKENKLANG Acoustic 10-2 expands the Acoustic series with an extremely compact floor-standing and monitor speaker, designed as a precise 2-way system. It offers maximum transparency, natural dynamics and a surprisingly mature bass response in a compact format.
The Acoustic 10-2 was developed for musicians who demand the very highest standards of uncoloured and faithful sound reproduction. Whether it’s a double bass, acoustic guitar, cello or electric bass – the speaker reproduces every nuance of the instrument as a finely tuned two-way system with impressive clarity and linearity.

Precision 2-way system
Thanks to the use of a bespoke 10-inch ferrite bass/midrange driver in combination with a dome tweeter, the Acoustic 10-2 delivers a particularly balanced, warm sound with excellent midrange resolution. The high-frequency section is fitted with an ultra-high-end film capacitor from the Danish premium manufacturer Duelund Coherent Audio, which guarantees a silky, uncompressed and extremely spacious reproduction of high frequencies.
Solid construction & comfortable handling
Visually and ergonomically, the case impresses with its well-thought-out practical design: the integrated carrying handle in the lid ensures comfortable handling on the way to a gig, whilst the distinctive honeycomb-patterned front grille and the high-strength textured finish ensure optimum durability for everyday use on stage.
